I had them do my kitchen and bathroom and their designer Mike showed terrible customer service and was just trying to do what he wanted having complete disregard for my home and what I wanted. The project managers Jake and Ernie were extremely unprofessional and didn’t have much knowledge about certain things. I was nervous about going through the construction and thanks to Mike and his crew they made this a very poor experience for me. The process took longer than it should’ve and the low level of craftsmanship of their crew was disappointing. I would not recommend them!
From the time I contacted Alleva construction until the project was done , They really are on top of their results. Top-notch work, and very responsible on every detail and care for the outcome of the work very professional highly recommend on any small or a big project that you might have in the future.
