Update:: despite multiple attempts that warrant some type of return based on the totally lackluster procedures of Rescue, they wouldn't budge. Review is being dropped to 2 stars. Moving forward I will certainly not recommend. The job was completed to a decent amount of satisfaction. However certain factors of this job don't warrant a 5 star review at all. I was given an assurance that the job to install my new Central AC would take 2 days tops. It took 5 and that's considering 90% of the job was complete on Day 1. What was left was to install a larger base on the new Condenser Unit and reinstall my window. For this part of the job to take an additional 3 days is completely unacceptable, and to be told we weren't considered an emergency is unacceptable. To leave an open hole in the window and have the unit on a smaller base for a few days poses a serious safety hazard. The pricing was totally unreasonable.
