Let me start by saying that if you are reading this and you are in the NJ/PA area you must give Allabaugh Construction a call when getting a roof estimate. Jared answered my call immediately and stopped by as quickly as his schedule allowed. His inspection is thorough and not rushed. You will receive the most detailed/professional quote with a scope of work as discussed, inspection findings, along with accurate measurements (using satellite imagery) and optional upgrades. I have an older home with poor ventilation, a dated roof, dormers, soffits, and gutters. For my particular case I knew I wanted one contractor who could handle the project. Jared was able to walk around my home, send me a link where I was able to view a 3D version of my home. This allows you to click different color shingles, siding on dormers, fascia, gutters, shutters, etc, giving you endless color options prior to selection. This was my first time getting a new roof on a home and wanted to leave this review. Every step of the process was much faster than I expected, from getting the quote, to scheduling, to doing the actual work (roof & cleanup done before lunch!). Jared answered all my questions in an easy to understand way and taught me a lot. A quote comes with 3 options at different prices with some optional add-ons. My experience with Allabaugh Construction was outstanding. I called regarding a new roof and gutters around the house. Jared was able to provide me with a quote the same day! The quote was exceptionally detailed, professional, and written so I could easily understand it. We reviewed the quote together, and he answered all of my questions and concerns with his honest feedback. My husband and I decided to hire Allabaugh Construction for both the roof and gutter replacement. Jared scheduled both projects for a week and a half later (mainly because there was snow and rain in the forecast - but still impressively fast). On the day of the installation, Jared’s team was on time and provided us with picture updates from start to finish of the roof replacement. The second day was the installation of the gutters.
