Help! No HOT Water! I was able to make one call receive professional service in a matter of minutes mind assuring to know good service is near.

Great professional, affordable and friendly services! I have been using Falcon Fuel for at least five years. Each time I called they arrived promptly to fix the issue, no matter that it was the hot water, heat-related services, maintenance issues or plumbing. Many times after calling the office the technicians arrive THE SAME DAY or the very next EARLY morning. The business is opened on Saturdays as well, which is great if you need a weekend job done. They are fast and reliable. The staff is very approachable and always polite. Many times they offered me advice on how to prevent further problems from happening and on how to better maintain my equipment. They are offering a reasonable price even when called for an emergency. Two days ago I called them for an emergency situation and, as always, their service was exceptional. I truly appreciate their expertise and their dedication to the customers, and I recommend them to anyone!

Purchased oil from falcon fuel. Do not, I repeat do not call them for oil or anything! The owner is rude and basically told me I am not getting anything free just because the oil they sent was a bad batch. The service is horrible. The oil guy never came in to see if everything was okay and also left the receipt in the mailbox. The owner basically told me that I used all my oil that’s why water was in my heat when clearly I did not use any of the gallons they provided. I didn’t use it at all and for him to straight up tell me I did is so messed up. They don’t know any about heat or cooling. The least they can do is pick up the baD oil that was drained out but can’t even do that. He wouldn’t come out at 8pm at night because I had to be on a maintenance plan like who says that. Their lazy and rude. The company will never make it the way they speak to people! Stay clear away!
