Only because I had to add a star to start the review, is there a star. Actually, Zero stars. Tech was sent to my home, he quoted a price for electrical work and the work was scheduled for a week later. Day of the job arrives, that tech does not arrive at 09:30a as agreed. Benefit of the doubt, I give. 11:00a comes, still no tech. I call the tech a second time after being disconnected. The tech can't remember who I am. Says that I canceled the job per his office. Tells me that he will look into the mistake. 1 hour goes by, no call. I have to call the office and complain in order to have home return my call. Tech calls back apologizing asks to reschedule. The work needed to be completed by the next day ahead of another contractor scheduled for other work. Tech agrees to show up and complete the work the next afternoon. Approximately noon the next day telling me that his boss wouldn't approve for him to do the work at the price given. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Wouldn't r
