Tim golden hands

While the team was very professional and had good communication in setting up the appointment, the shower handle in my guest bath I asked to be fixed only worked about 4 times and then stopped working again (6 weeks after the appointment).

My closet shelf and brackets collapsed over the Christmas Holiday, and I called Tim to see how quickly he could come over to install new brackets. I contact them at 5pm on a Tuesday, and Tim was at my apartment by 9am the next day. Fixed my problem within an hour, was courteous and did an excellent job. And the price was completely reasonable! These guys are useless. They will only take easy jobs. I hired them to have something installed, they couldn't do it and just canceled the job instead of figuring it out. If the job was easy I would just do it myself. Don't give them your business, find somebody else. Service: General repairs
