Had an appointment set and no guy showed up or called to cancel. I had to contact the business the next day to make sure they would come within 24 hours if the missed appointment since it was an emergency. When my husband called, he was asked why nobody called when the repair man didn't show up. Literally put all the blame on us for noone showing up or contacting us. Very unprofessional. The problem was my tenant never told us that the handyman didn't show up, so we didn't know until the next day. It's a very unprofessional business. We will not use them again. However I will say, the person who did show up to do the repair was very friendly, courteous and he did a good job. The two stars is based off the unprofessional attitude of the head handyman and how he spoke to my husband.

Very unprofessional!! Called and made appointment to get some work done the contractor never got back to me with an estimate or had the courtesy to call back and say they were not interested in doing he job ! The person on the phone was dishonest saying they will be coming over. Glad they didn’t do the job very bad character would never hire these people what a waste of my time!!
