Vaughn Comfort Services was a great company to work with for our new Ac/Heating and Water Heater units. Mike, Tim and Dave were an excellent Install Team. Everyone we had the pleasure of meeting from the company worked with us every step of the way from consultation and pricing to installation and information on the new unit. We highly recommend Vaughn Comfort Services and Mike & Team of Installers. 5 Star service for sure.

I loved everything from when I made the phone call for an estimate until installation which was about three weeks total. We have a park model at a local campground in New Jersey, and our AC unit had died. We went with Vaughan, as we had them do work at our primary home as well. They’ve been in business for 85 years, and family owned businesses are just the best! The installers, Josh and Tyler, arrived right on time and did everything necessary to keep my new rugs clean prior to installation. They took me around explain to me what they were going to be doing and made sure I was happy with the placement of everything outside prior to them starting the job. The electricians arrived right on time as well and we’re very professional. I was originally told it could take up to about eight hours to install, and it literally took about six. The system we got which was a Mitsubishi dual unit and is absolutely the best ever! I don’t even hear it running, the finished product outside looks

Andy, Jarrid and Brett with Vaughan services was great! We had our water heater and AC checked, found out we needed a new water heater immediately. They were able to give us a quote and install the new heater the same day! They all took the time to explain everything to us before leaving. The year plan was definitely the best option!
