Exquisite Roofing

We have a large commercial property which we needed a new roof after many years. We were not able to be onsite for the replacement, so we appreciated that William was very thorough about showing us what would be done during the quote and provided useful daily updates once the project began. It was a large job and we considered the service and price reasonable and William was responsive to our many questions.

William was the only one that answered the phone from my list of rooter and assured me that bid I had recieved that I questioning was indeed inflated and illconceived. She promptly scheduled an appt, and none of the other three companies never made it that far. William came over, walked the roofs, opened her briefcase and showed me her materials and detailed the roofing job. She gave me a fair price, 3k under the one I had questioned and used the best materials on all the roofs. Billy who did the job was curtious, punctual and exacting. I have already recommeded William to my work mates. Thanks for an a lovely cool white roof!

Pros: Responsive, work was done efficiently, and they left the place clean. Very competitive pricing too. Overall happy with their work. Cons: Project manager Brian seems new. Not the most professional person to work with but responds to questions in a timely manner. Didn't show up after work is finished to make sure everything is done right. I'm still giving them 5 stars because it's not a major issue. Just a heads up.
