Penn Construction did a thorough job of repairing a leak on our flat roof. The company was very professional throughout. Estella provided excellent coordination and communication from the office, provided an itemized proposal from Ronnie with itemized estimate in advance, and a receipt when the work was completed. Ronnie's team did a great job working together to get everything done. They installed a new rubberoid GAF roof and applied an even coat of aluminum over the complete flat roof. They also installed around 25 slates on our slate roof, just above the flat roof, cleaned our gutters, which were full of leaves and pine needles, and installed gutter guards. June 22, 2022, Penn Roofing just finished replacing and restoring the 19 year old roof on our 6,000 square foot building.
