Temp Shield saved me when I desperately needed someone to get my central air up and running. Their prompt response and excellent service was impressive. They were very thorough and gave a quote upfront. It was obvious they were skilled professionals and Jared and Josh are very personable. I also asked about and decided to sign up for their service contract for my AC, oil boiler and oil water heater. They took the initiative to clean the boiler and heater that day so I’m ready for winter. They will automatically schedule me in the spring for my AC. So glad I called Tempshield today! Just started my furnace for the first time this season and it didn’t seem to be blowing like it should. Mark was extremely helpful at doing a routine maintenance that i haven’t had done in a couple years. Come to find out, I really need to pay better attention to my air filter that was almost plugged solid. Hard to believe that an air filter can be that important to the operation of the system. Josh was amazing. I had and issue with my a/c after contractors did some Sheetrock work. He showed up on time and had it diagnosed and fixed immediately. I spent more time trying to diagnose it myself. I will not make that mistake again. They will be my first call from now on.
