My contract has Timmy’s title as Technician, but to me he was the one who took all my calls, wrote up & explained the contracts w/o pressure, sent out the crews, approved photos of daily work, inquired often if I had issues & even worked with the crew till past 3am when I had water coming in my attic. He was involved in every aspect of my extremely difficult job. He was knowledgeable, professional & had awesome customer service. Timmy made me feel like I was his company’s first and only priority

The technician and his team were incredibly hard working. They worked to ensure the roof was completed with high attention to detail. The shingles were top quality and look great. His team arrived on time each day. They cleaned the yard thoroughly once the job was complete. They also took extra time to repair my flashing in addition to replacing my roof. They were also very careful not to damage my backyard garden. Very accommodating, very friendly, very professional. thank you Jack
