Done Rite Roofing & Chimney

My contract has Timmy’s title as Technician, but to me he was the one who took all my calls, wrote up & explained the contracts w/o pressure, sent out the crews, approved photos of daily work, inquired often if I had issues & even worked with the crew till past 3am when I had water coming in my attic. He was involved in every aspect of my extremely difficult job. He was knowledgeable, professional & had awesome customer service. Timmy made me feel like I was his company’s first and only priority

I had a very large roof and it was installed in one day. They also helped with the insurance claim process and we got it approved very quickly. I would definitely recommend using them for any roofing jobs. thank you Jack!
