I contacted this company after I had another company come out because I had no heat. The 1st company's quote after he diagnosed the issue was high, but more importantly, he didn't seem sure of what he was doing, and tried to fast talk me through the diagnosis. So I contacted Emad. He came out and talked me through what he was doing and why. Turns out the 1st diagnosis was false. I hate paying for work that is misdiagnosed or performed improperly. I am willing to pay for work that is performed properly. It is hard to know if the company you contact will send someone who's competent and will do the job correctly. The one thing I know is I will contact Emad if I have a problem because I know he will do the job right at a fair price. That's what matters most to me. Service: Heating system repair
