Emad is THE BEST. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough, he is absolutely hilarious and generous. We initially called Emad because we believed there was a gas leak due to our extraordinary high gas bill. He was able to come as soon as possible and on time. He was able to locate two areas where gas was leaking due to improper installation by the prior homeowner and fixed the issues right away. While he did that, Emad taught us all the things we could do and maintain so that we are prepared for any issues that may arise as new homeowners. When he was finished, he cleaned up and even tested for other things before leaving. The price was extremely reasonable especially with the gravity of the situation. We will definitely be calling him again when it gets warmer to address our HVAC and ducts. Do not hesitate to call Emad; you will not regret it!
