Absolutely love McAllister! They care more about their customers than any other company I have ever dealt with. Out for a service call today. Cannot say enough good things about McAllister's. The folks at McAllister are wonderful. I specifically had the opportunity to work with Ed and Kris (sorry if I misspelled). We had some issues with our boiler and then had some family things going on that caused us to reschedule our service appointment. Kris was super helpful getting everything rescheduled and sending Ed by ASAP. And Ed was awesome--very knowledgeable, professional, and truly interested in helping out. These folks aren't out to make a buck like some other companies. Really great experience working with them. I'll definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues!
