I would highly recommend Cool Temp Heating & Air to anyone interested in a new Air Conditioner or Heating System. I was lucky enough to talk to Gerry, the owner of the company, about my problems with my heat and air conditioner systems. As it turned out I needed a new air conditioner. Gerry explained all my alternatives and gave me honest cost prices. I actually called two other services providers and got estimates for the same or comparable systems. In both cases the estimates were considerably more expensive and I did not have the same comfort level with them. I chose Cool Temp and am very happy I did so. Gerry and his team were right on time and did the install in one day. They were neat, very respectful and friendly. It has been two weeks since they installed my system and I an extremally satisfied and happy I chose Cool Temp. As I said, I would highly recommend them to friends and family. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible! My home warranty sent this company to my home to service my A/C system. Not only did the tech. Make my issue WORSE! But the owner of this company proceeded to call me and my husband stating he could not help us because he was away for his daughter’s birthday. He wanted us to wait 3 additional days because the people working for him obviously could not do the job. When I gave him a bad review through my home warranty service he proceeded to text my husband aggressively about the review I had left. The way in which this issue was handled was very unprofessional! I am insulted, appalled and hot literally! Because we have no air! HOME OWNERS BEWARE! Cool Temp was great! They were friendly, responsive and worked hard to achieve the customer’s goals. They were also flexible in scheduling to fit my needs. Thankful to have a new heater this winter! Service: Heating system installation
