When hurricane Ida hitand I had almost 3 feet of water in my basement. We had lost our hot water heater. Not only did Mike and his workers Tim and Richie, give me a pump to use to facilitate getting the water out of the basement. They came immediately to install a new hot water heater( tankless on demand system this time I fully recommend it) to ensure that there was this little downtime as possible. Professional, on time. Mike and his team are A1, the best! I’m a real person leaving a real review about this company. I woke up in the morning to a pool in my basement with my wife freaking out. Mike and his team got to my house in 30 minutes after calling him and fixed the Issue, plus replaced my water heater before Noon. The guys are down to earth, welcoming, and great fast workers.
