Pratt Plumbing and Heating

My water heater wasn’t working and I fully expected replace it. Justin came to the house and thought of an unexpected cause to the problem. He was able to get it working instead of just selling me a new heater. He was honest and probably saved me 5k. I’ll definitely call them when the thing finally goes. Service: Water heater repair

From the beginning of our communications with Steve and the plumbers and apprentices from Pratt we were pleasantly surprised that they were so responsive. We we had questions, they responded right away. They drew a schematic of our very complex plumbing (many poor add ons from previous owners) They walked through the house numerous times with an engineer and re-measured every square inch of our system. They gave us a plan in writing and in detail. In the middle of the install, they realized they could give us more than promised by adding more zones, they communicated that to us. The people working in the house were considerate of the noise, cleaned up every day after themselves and were communicative and kind. When they start in the morning, and left at the end of the day, we received a text telling us they were starting/done. We could not be happier with Pratt. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Even our general contractor, after seeing their work, hired them for another job. T
