Called Perfect Air the owner came out (Hector) had him look at 10 old ac & 20 + yr old heater. My wife & I decided to replace it all. Hector & his crew did a EXCELLENT & PROFESIONAL job and answered any questions, took all the old stuff away cleaned up when done. My air conditioning was broken and my house was too hot to tolerate. Perfect Air was there immediately to help. They were flexible in their scheduling, impeccable in their customer service, fast and professional. I was taught about air conditioners by a professional, told how to maintain mine to ensure it lasts as long as possible, and my house is a breezy 69 within an hour. I could not recommend this service any more highly than I do- he even left the sticker on my new thermostat so I could have the strange satisfaction if peeling it myself- it was fantastic. Perfect Air is so responsive and dedicated to their customers. And this feeling comes from the very top. Owner, Hector is always accessible and always reliable. My A/C broke down right before Memorial day weekend, and he came out twice to take care of it and eventually change out the system.
