I am very satisfied with this company and their work ethics. Joe Pecario's company did my garage roof in 2012 after the storm Sandy destroyed our property. Recently for the sale of our home we were told by a contractor our roof was leaking and damaged and demanded $16,000 price reduction. I called Joe because I trusted in their knowledgeable, professional and honest opinion. Joe Pecario came himself on time and climbed on my roof with an ease that was astonishing, he inspected it thoroughly as well as my attic. I must say I was relieved when he said my roof has another 10 years of life in it and no leaks. But what I was most pleased about was his professional and honest evaluation. It's very difficult to find a company with the moral and professional values Joe's company has. I have been recommending them since 2012 and will continue to do so.

Do you know Joe? If you do, please tell him he should go back and finish my house. I haven't had any luck speaking with anyone. If you don't know his group, keep it that way. I warn you to stay away from this wreck of a company. They didn't start the project on time. They didn't perform the work as discussed, nor did they do a quality job. To top it all off, they still haven't finished a portion of the contracted work. (Of course I made the mistake and paid in full before the work was completed). The French doors they put in don't close properly, the windows they put in leak, and the I'm still waiting on a refund for defective siding. Do we know Joe? Yes, we do and we are glad to have made his acquaintance! Our church recently had a very unusual and tricky ceiling repair that needed to be done in our sanctuary. Due to the difficulty of this project and the fact that it posed a safety concern, many contractors we talked with wouldn’t even consider the project. Joe Percario and his son were truly interested in the job and they turned a proposal in to us in a matter of hours. Joe and Dominic delivered on all their promises, completed the job on time and did everything we asked and more. Dominic was our main contact and I personally found him very easy to work with. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and the crew was respectful of our sanctuary during this project. The repair is beautiful and our congregation can return to worshipping there knowing that the ceiling is safe and secure.
