I'm so glad that Ray visited our home the same day that we called Magic Improvements, proving that we have finally found a reliable and honest contractor. It appeared as though the rain was coming directly through the roof of my home and into the interior, converting it like a swimming pool. My roof was beyond repair, but Ray was very professional and took the time to explain the installation process to me in a way that made sense to me (even though I have no prior construction experience). The roof was installed the following week, and in order to protect my trees and lawn, they put up tarps all around my house. I chose charcoal shingles, and they really make my house stand out.

We could not have been more satisfied. Communication was exceptional. The crew was prompt and courteous. The work was completed exactly to our expectations and on time. Upon completion of the job they did the final walk to clear up debris and used magnet to collect remaining nails. Highly recommend Ray and Stive. They are all professionals and dedicated to their work. The best in Bergen County!!

We had a great experience with Magic Improvement from getting a quick estimate(incredibly fair price compared to the other bids we received) and a quick timely turn around to completion of our roof repair. The receptionist, the scheduler, the roofers were all polite and professional and did a great job. All this rain we have been receiving we were worried the repair would be pushed out awhile, instead it was completed the first opportunity they had.
