Relied on Google reviews for a deck redo and On The Spot did not disappoint! We needed our deck refinished with railings added. We got a consult appointment quickly, got a quote quickly and had work started sooner than expected due to a cancelation. Jeff and the rest of the team were friendly, responsive and helpful when any questions came up! We love the end result and can’t wait to now safely enjoy our deck without worry of someone falling off the ledge :) We will definitely be using On The Spot for future home projects! We recently hired On The Spot to build a new front staircase and to replace our aging sidewalk and driveway. I called for an estimate in early February and our project started soon after since the weather was so mild. We had a great experience working with the project management team, Jeff and Chris, and two fantastic masons, Gio and Christian. The crew was prompt and professional and the results of our projects are amazing. This is the 3rd time we've worked with On the Spot and we would not hesitate to do so again. Maryanne, my project manager, has done an amazing job at coordinating all the steps of my master bathroom remodel. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, intuitive, and has great people skills. She has handled numerous challenges with flying colors, resolving them all well. She is an asset to my home's condition and to the OTS company team as a whole. OTS has access to excellent tradespeople who respectfully and skillfully compete needed tasks. Jeff, one of the senior managers has also been very helpful in offering his assistance, advice, and being very supportive in the remodeling process.
