We have been with this company for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Last week, our central air unit broke and they quickly gave us reasonable options for a new Carrier unit. Within days the work men arrived , replaced the old unit with the new one . They were diligent, neat, knowledgeable and curteous. I highly recommend this company over Gold Medal and PSE&G who were abominable in the past. Service: Installation

John and his entire team at GRC have been taking great care of us since last summer. They installed a split system in areas where the central does not reach and replaced the central system. We shopped around and felt most comfortable with GRC because of their overall expertise and professionalism. They also offer very fair prices. HVAC equipment is costly, and that sometimes comes as a surprise to people, but like I said, we shopped around. The technicians who installed and serviced the systems have all been great. They really know what they are doing and are meticulous about making sure everything lines up and runs and looks right. As a bonus, they are polite, careful, and clean up after the jobs. They show up on time, there are no surprises, and their work has been met with actual compliments from the plumbing inspector. We had a basic central system that had major issues. GRC serviced my wine cellar cooling unit. They responded to repair requests within the same day for equipment they did not even sell me or install. Top quality service. When the time came to replace the equipment they gave me a very competitive price and the installation was perfect. Their crew arrived on time, put down floor protection and were professional and neat. The new equipment went in without a hitch and is working fine.
