For the longest time we were trying to sort out how best to replace our wine cellar refrigeration. It is no easy task finding experienced local provider. John and GRC solved our problem well with no headaches. They came to the house to evaluate set-up, then returned to test the lines to make sure all would work. They followed up with supplier which was no easy feat during Covid, and kept me in the loop. Wine cellar refrigeration is specialized equipment to operate at low temperatures for long time and John and GRC understand that and have done it before. Cirilo, Terence and Tim were terrific on -site. They treated our home like it was theirs. Covered all the floors. Worked neatly and cleanly. Very polite. From day 1, when Matt prepared a quote for a replacement of my AC system, the level of professionalism and responsiveness from GRC Mechanical was excellent. I solicited 3 bids to replace my 20 year old AC and heating system. I selected GRC Mechanical for the follow reasons: 1) Tim, the sales rep, provided a detailed bid for different equipment options and price levels. He explained the work to be done and the permits required. As I continued my research into various manufacturers,and even before my final selection was made, I reached out to him several times with follow-up questions . Tim was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. (Neither of the other 2 vendors followed up, even once.) 2) Each company provided a somewhat different estimate with respect to equipment and costs. While the warranty for parts is standard from the manufacturer, each vendor provided a slightly different warranty coverage period for labor. GRC's labor warranty was 5 years which meant I did not have to worry about repair costs for years 2 through 5.
