Raphael and Nick were excellent. They were on time, personable. They explained exactly what they were doing, walked me through everything when it was done. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no evidence that they were even there. The new insulation /upgrade looks absolutely flawless and clean. I've already referred the company and those two specifically to a couple of other friends who just bought homes that need electrical work. Hired this company to do some work. Would not work with them again. First worker didn't want to take time to add a dimmer to the new light fixture I was putting in. I said lights were too bright and hurt my eyes so he gave in.... Unfortunately, he cracked my vintage tile putting in a light dimmer cause they probably didn't use the correct tool. He put in the light fixture and left the box inside was loose. The light was so close to the mirror the patch up work was a nightmare, could barely spackle properly to make the change of light fixture look even and clean. Ended up having to call another company to fix what they should have done the first time around. Emailed company to complain about issues and there was no empathy to address issues and attempt to fix it and get on the same page with me so I won't work with them again.

The people who came to install the charger did a fantastic job. I would give them 5 stars based on their professionalism, cleanliness of the job, and the one guy I spoke with was super helpful. I wanted to give a 1 star because when they installed the EV charger the moved somethings around in our box and now one of our switches that they moved into a different location is now tripping. The owner? I spoke with explained that they only moved the wire locations which wouldn’t cause the breaker to trip and it’s tripping because of overloading, but from my homeowner point of view, the company moved things around and now the one breaker is tripping. The guy had explained it to my husband and me separately which seemed to really frustrate him. When he was explaining why this was happening with me he kept raising his voice and yelling at me. He definitely didn’t appreciate being called out on raising his voice because he kept yelling that he wasn’t yelling. He said he gets a lot of calls a d
