The people who came to install the charger did a fantastic job. I would give them 5 stars based on their professionalism, cleanliness of the job, and the one guy I spoke with was super helpful. I wanted to give a 1 star because when they installed the EV charger the moved somethings around in our box and now one of our switches that they moved into a different location is now tripping. The owner? I spoke with explained that they only moved the wire locations which wouldn’t cause the breaker to trip and it’s tripping because of overloading, but from my homeowner point of view, the company moved things around and now the one breaker is tripping. The guy had explained it to my husband and me separately which seemed to really frustrate him. When he was explaining why this was happening with me he kept raising his voice and yelling at me. I recently contacted All City Electrical to have a Electrical Panel Upgrade and a Juicebox Installed in my home.... They did an excellent job, both the folks who came in to initially give me an estimate and the folks who performed the job were exceptionally professional, respectful, took the time to walk me through connecting me to JuiceNet! and left the place clean and tidy as in the condition when they first walked into my place. This was the most pain free repair/installation that I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, it was a very professional job and very well done. We had a few back and forth emails figuring out what our best option was and All City patiently redid our estimates a few times before we could settle on a version that worked for us. This was all done very efficiently via email. The technicians (Nick, Ralph, Steve and Stanley) were exceptional. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything very well. They left the house as clean as it was when they walked in.
