When you hire Magnolia you are hiring a team -- an onsite project manager to meet contractors and monitor progress and an office manager to make appointments with vendors and check in on a routine basis. We had three jobs done by Magnolia. One was extending our roof over a new patio in our backyard, followed a renovation of our entire roof which was about to hit the 30 year mark. Since the work done was excellent we used Magnolia again to redo the front steps and entrance to the house. Chris is amazing to work with and the jobs that they have done for us have been fantastic.
