VIP HVAC is now my go to company for any HVAC situations that my occur. Hector is extremely professional and explained each step preformed during the diagnosis process. He took his time to ensure he understood why both of my units were no longer functioning. I was thrilled to learn that he was able to repair both of them. It's been a week since he fixed them and they are still operational with no concerns. Prior to VIP HVAC, I had multiple companies who charged an initial diagnosis fee come out to address the situation and in all cases, did not attach any diagnosis equipment to the units. They viewed the systems briefly then started that since they were older unit, a complete system replacement was required. I was ready to take on the hefty cost of replacing both AC systems when a friend reached out and said I should told off from proceeding and schedule an appointment with VIP HVAC. Highly recommend Hector, the owner-operator of VIP HVAC, he arrived on time for the appointment, diagnosed the issue with my A/C, and he even took time to explain what the issue was and how in his expert opinion how it will get resolved. He is professional and trustworthy. He was even kind enough to call me the next day to check on the A/C if it is working well.

Very disappointed with the pricing. My fault for not confirming the cost up front I would have never agreed. But I will not use VIP ever again. I feel this was excessive $600 for 2.5 hours for a temporary fix. I might be in the minority but I believe in integrity and honest pay for work. Don't Gauge and take advantage of people. I can say more but won't.
