Called Bob on Sunday, he told me he would come by next day and see what parts he needed to fix sink. Never called me back and never returned my repeated calls and messages. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, at least have decency to tell me not interested. Bad attitude. ????
Definitely use Garthwaite Plumbing. I had a new boiler put in with no problems. When I did had a problem, turned out to be my thermostat and both Ryan and Bob came by to help me diagnose and fix the issue, even though it had nothing to do with their work on the boiler. Would definitely go back to them for any future plumbing needs.
