I had an absolutely horrific experience with absolute plumbing. Tommy was super blunt/borderline rude on the phone which I dismissed as Jersey charm. I have a newborn baby and a leaky shower. He came and fumbled around for an hour, going back and forth to his truck and mostly talking on the phone. Only to tell us he couldn’t do anything. He said he would have to saw the valve off because he couldn’t do it manually. Said he was going to have to go to the store and get parts and didn’t know how long it would take. His fee to come look at the problem was $180. I asked if he could do the job for a flat fee of $500 and he said no, and that he would just keep charging by the hour. I called Rocco’s plumbing. They came the next day, and I kid you not, fixed the valve in TEN MINUTES FLAT, with no problems. Tommy really ripped this new mama off, and I just had to share my experience. Service: Shower repair
