After speaking with several plumbing companies, we went with Gary and his team for a bunch of plumbing things that needed to be done within a couple months of moving into our home. It was easy to work and communicate with them. Everything was talked through/explained and agreed to in advance. For one of the larger of the projects, a water heater, I asked for worst case/best case scenarios and Gary patiently laid out all the possibilities. In the end it was a best case scenario and it was good to feel like I had all the information up front. The team was courteous and professional. When we need a plumber again one day, I’ll definitely call Korn.
