Had Nick and Vincenzo come out today and install a brand new air conditioner unit and furnace. Within minutes you could tell the difference or the temperature inside. They were both extremely polite, professional, hard working, and motivated individuals. They expressed how they wanted to make sure the customers were all treated the same and expectations were met with the installation and repairs. Fante's was recommended by a coworker. They serviced my furnace for check up which went fine in 2021. Recently during Nov. 2022 I was not getting steady heat. Called them for repairs and it took over a week for a tech to come out. I paid $100 fee and $255 for new thermostat after tech said mine was bad. No heat again after tech left. Took another week for same tech to come out again, however my check was cashed in a couple days by Fantes. Tech tried to service furnace on second trip and had heat working while he was here than no heat shortly after he left. I had asked tech why it took so long for service, he says they are short staffed. I spoke with several people at call center about my heat still not working and no receipt received. Tech and call center were all pleasant and sympathetic that I did not have heat and that my father had passed away the same week and I had to leave for a few days. I requested a call from a manager to resolve the issues I was having with Fantes. Still no

Not naming the plumber but this has been very disappointing. He was out a second time and the issue still persist he said he didn't understand why they didn't send someone else out while he was on vacation. The spout is still 1/4 inch away from the tile and the caulking is cracking. He was very respectful but the only thing that looks great is the knew copper pipes. The customer should be the one to select the shower head and spout they like. I didn't know that a crow bar is used to puncture holes into the sheet rock that was in perfect condition and also knocked out some tiles out. I also understand that they don't do tile work and now my hall bathroom is out of commission until new tile work can be done. I will continue to use Fante's for my HVAC and water heater no further plumbing services for pipes. The prices are astronomical and shocking.
