Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Tech was great and he gave amazing information. My complaint would be wrong information giving by rep who set my appointment up... He even admitted the error. All I wanted was a cleaning of my outside units and to make sure everything was running good. I understand paying extra for repairs. The manager I spoke too said she was going to send a tech to do what I wanted from the get go... hopefully I can update this review after it's done and avoid having to call my bank.

Travis, Travis, Travis was the main reason why our experience with ABQ Plumbing was so great. There were many other folks at this company who were great, but the majority of our communication/work was with Travis. He was SUPER professional. The right mix of professional and friendly. Some folks don’t know how to behave when they are working on your home, in your private space (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) - but he did - again the perfect mix of professional and friendly. There was one tiny, baby glitch, but the manager got on the phone with me, apologized, told me what happened and told me how she was going to fix it. CANNOT ask for more than that. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how they are corrected that matters, and she was fantastic. Very happy to have them on our go to list for all plumbing and HVAC needs. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

This company is exceptional! I had an issue getting a competitor out here for over a week. Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came out today with no prior appointment and fixed the issue within an hour. Their price was very reasonable, and I will welcome them back to maintain my heating and cooling in the future!
