I thought the part I was looking for was somewhat obsolete. I first went here thinking just that. They had the part but for an outrageous price. I paid their price but later found out I could have paid less than half of their price somewhere else.

Great inventory always helpful up to the last trip. Called and spoke to Matt, he said they would hold the parts. When I called to confrm later another person couldn't understand what I was calling for and complained about having to deal with the call. Gave him the last number, he finally confirmed. Very rude and unprofessional. Not at all what I was expecting or used to.

Great place. I'm not a plumber. Just brought the part in and you don't walk through any aisles trying to figure it out. You walk in and straight to a three person counter where they go to the back and get the part. Saved me a lot of headachs and the part fit perfectly
