Hired them to install an Ecobee Smart Thermostat. After two days and several hours the technicians said they could not install the Smart Thermostat.They charged me 285.00 dollars for their inability to complete the installation any way. A 20 year old with just a high school education ask to try. He worked with Ecobee and completed the installation of the Smart Thermostat in less than an hour. I paid him $100 dollars. Double what he requested. I won't use Carlisle anymore.
Within a couple hours of me calling, CEM came out to our house and got us a quote later that day. Three days later they were on site installing the new unit. They were responsive, courteous and did the work for a fair price. I would highly recommend them.
I am thrilled with the work Carlile did. They replaced my water heater and installed a new light fixture. They showed up on time and did the work quickly & efficiently. They even cleaned up after. Service: Light fixture installation
