Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

From a complete ductwork overhaul with heating/cooling combo unit install in our first home to a new furnace, new evaporative unit and gas line work in our current home - Rick and Dave have been our go-to team! Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. I highly recommed Custom-Air.
