Electricity problems are very daunting for me. When we encountered an electrical issue late last week, we called several electricians and Kimbrough was able to get us on the schedule several days before others and gave the most reasonable window of time for someone to show up. Aldo was the technician and he was within the time window we were told and was quick and knowledgeable but also patient with my questions. I especially appreciated his willingness to talk me through what had happened and what the fix was. The cost was also extremely reasonable. He put in a new ceiling light and two switches about a month ago, fixing a circuit that hadn't worked in years - my family was so happy! Today he installed a new outlet for us and it went very smoothly. His work is fantastic. He is professional and a pleasure to work with.
