Moore Quality Air

Super happy with my service. The AC went out and trying to get someone here before the temp got to 100 was a challenge! But they were here the next day! John (? If I remember his name correctly- I hope cuz he was so professional & nice) assessed the issue, show me where to find the age of my ac and heater, checked the breakers and then went to the roof. When he came down, he hooked up the dead part to his meter, showed me what it was supposed to read (it wasn't reading) and explained what that part did. He also showed me a video of the unit. He replaced the part and I was cool again! Very grateful that he took the time to review how it was supposed to work, showed the bad part and replaced it - everything was done very quickly and reasonably priced. Thanks, we are keeping you!

Lawrence is the best. He came out to service my swamp cooler as he has done for the last few years. He made sure everything was running smoothly and even dropped in a new sewer bleed off line at no additional charge. The charge is $99.00 but I feel they are worth it because I can rest easy that the work is done right the first time. I have a bad leg so I can't go running up and down on my roof which is very helpful for Moore Quality Air to be able to come out. Service: A/C system maintenance
