Keefer did the inspection on our house and recommended a couple of fixes which we had him implement. Everything worked fine last winter but as it gets cold this season, the system isn't working. I tried to schedule the yearly maintenance as recommended/required to maintain the warranty, but that isn't going so well.. I tried to schedule maintenance about a month ago (1st of October) through their online portal and haven't heard anything back. I tried to call but it goes straight to voicemail and the message says they are booked out until December. I also tried to email asking a very basic question to try and get my system back online but nada. At this point, I'm just going to get maintenance from someone else.
