Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Our sales rep, Bruno, explained everything and answered all my questions. (Some more than once.) Chris S. and Felix D. worked tirelessly removing the old swamp cooler on the roof in very hot weather & installing new AC until the installation was complete on a Friday. They are amazing! I didn't have a/c during this heat wave so I called several companies. I called Strongbuilt because of their commercials being responsive to vets. Daniel P. showed up on time, very professional looking and mature. He got to work and fixed the issue right away. He explained everything that was wrong and what he was doing in detail; very patient. I would definitely use them again and would like use Daniel P. again. Good company and good employees.
