Carlos was very professional from setting up the appointment to getting to the place on time. Carlos and his co-worker were quick to assess the situation and proceeded to fix my electrical wiring situation. All light fixtures were up and running and he even switched out some old outlets and switches for new ones. Carlos came out to check on why I'm having power fluctuations after the massive windstorm and gave me options on how to best resolve the issue. The man knows his stuff, he came professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Will definitely be calling him for any future electrical needs. Update: Carlos has been great over the whole weekend without power, communicative every step of the way, gave me the step by step process of how everything is going to go, sent out his guys to rewire the electrical box behind the meter, those guys were professional as well, got right to work, got it done without any mishaps, now we wait for things out of our control, i.e. Inspector and El Paso Electric.
