I was assigned to air magic by american home shield. Air magic contacted me scheduled a service time quickly. They called a few minutes before arriving. Tom was great professional and easy-going. After troubleshooting the problem let me know what the issue was.
The service technician came late, had a poor attitude, didn't answer my questions, left the the job with a mess without putting everything back the way it was, tried to upsell, didn't have the required tools to even access the system properly and did not have his manager call me to follow up like I requested... Unfortunately, it seemed like I knew more about what was wrong with the AC system than this supposed technician did. I suggest that you look around for a company that has better ratings. After a saga of trying two other A/C companies over a period of 3 days, neither of which figured out the underlying issue, we were so thankful to work with Air Magic.
