No one enjoys having to contact a plumber, especially on a Friday morning. I called Pirate Plumbing and Donny answered the call prior to them even opening. He was down the street from my house and came over to evaluate my water heater. He determined quickly that it needed to be replaced. After that his front office rep Ashely submitted my claim to our home warranty. She did everything to expedite the service and stayed in contact with me through out the weekend. Needless to say they made this very painful experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you for working so quickly. Services: Water heater installation, Outdoor plumbing system repair

Amazing Customer service from The Dispatch Department to the Plumber who did our repair, which was Donny. Not only was Donny on time but he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us the problem and how he was going to fix it. He was very hands on from the beginning to the end.
