A.tiny water line leak in our home caused major damage to our bathroom and bedroom that has required extensive demo. Luckily we quickly found Pirate Plumbing. The owner, Donny, was able to find and stop the leak immediately after we had the drywall removed. In the process, he discovered was a “rat’s nest” of piping and connectors which were installed prior to the purchase of this 20 year old home. Much of the piping was missing basic protections like nail plates. Donny quickly completed the inspection and prepared an estimate. The next day he dispatched one of his expert plumbers, Will, who had everything cleaned up the next day. Even as a non-professional I could see the difference: everything is clean and neat without the unnecessary complexity that was there before. Now I can proceed with the reconstruction phase with confidence that the main plumbing area in my house has been replaced in a professional and reliable manner. No one enjoys having to contact a plumber, especially on a Friday morning. I called Pirate Plumbing and Donny answered the call prior to them even opening. He was down the street from my house and came over to evaluate my water heater. He determined quickly that it needed to be replaced. After that his front office rep Ashely submitted my claim to our home warranty. She did everything to expedite the service and stayed in contact with me through out the weekend.
