In Las Vegas, knowing a good AC person is on par, and sometimes more important than knowing a good auto mechanic. Brian is now our go-to AC guy. Comparing our previous experiences with companies sent by our Home Warranty program and other companies from referrals, Brian by far blew away our expectations. We have old AC units, both have been functioning on borrowed time, and decided to die on the hottest day so far this summer. Brian came out the same day we called. We were expecting a couple of days to wait at least. We had been quoted before, on the smaller upstairs unit at 10k to replace. "Must be replaced" was the consensus from all parties. Brian told us they should be replaced, but they did still work. They just needed freon as there were leaks. We chose to replace them, as the cost for the freon was stupid expensive.
