Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning

I contacted Active Plumbing because of the good rating on Google. Unfortunately, they are extremely over priced. They provided an initial price for a plumber to come out to the house. Upon arrival the plumber looked and listened to the toilet when flushed and stated it was the fill valve. He had the invoice already filled out with the initial amount for service call and additional amount to replace the fill valve for a total cost of almost $350.00. They do not include the cost for the service call into the repair cost which other companies do. I did not have them complete the repair. I did a Google search on the average cost for toilet fill valve replacement and it is 1/2 the amount this company wanted to charge. If you are looking for repair at an affordable cost this is not the company for you.

Carl and Tony were able to take care of us, well into the late hours of the night. Great customer service and a job well done. Would recommend to anyone as a permanent plumbing service and especially in a pinch!

Tony was on time, efficient, polite, diligent, respectful of or house & privacy & provided us all the information needed to make an informed decision about what was to repaired & what to consider for future replacement & repairs. Tony got the job completed and showed us everything that was repaired and now working properly. I will absolutely call Tony if need anything for plumbing in the future & I will highly recommend him.
