Tech gave me very helpful advice over the phone about how to re-prime my condensate pump and thereby did himself out of a job. Will definitely get him to do any future maintenance on our air conditioners

Never showed up, i call at 12 pm to make an appointment, and they told us that they will arrive from 3 to 5pm, the person never came!
