Alpha Air Conditioning Repair & Installation

I purchased Trane AC and furnace units for our home from Alpha Air and could not be a more satisfied customer. I obtained 3 quotes from different companies and Alpha Air was the best quote and value. Artur and his team are extremely professional and responsive to questions, even after the installation. The installation was done in one day, and the installation team covered all of our floors and did not scratch any of the floors, walls, or doors. I am very satisfied with Alpha Air and highly recommend this company for air conditioning and heating.

Great experience with this company. Our AC condenser was slowly dying this Summer and we contacted two different AC companies to try and fix it. One of them couldn't source the parts and the other told us we needed to expand our ventilation system and get better windows. We decided to wait until Winter to fix it but the system gave up the ghost before we made it. We had no AC and it was still 90-100 degrees outside so we called Alpha Air. We called at 5 PM and they were out the next morning. They diagnosed the problem (internal short in the condenser) and gave us a good quote to replace the entire system (based off what we expected from our research on prices). They were able to source the equipment and replaced the entire system the following day. All told it was just under 48 hours from when we called to when we had a brand-new AC unit and furnace. The system has been running great since and we haven't had any issues. They are even coming back out to do a free inspection to make sure
