American Brothers Plumbing Company Las Vegas

We have used American Brothers Plumbing for the last 4 years, since moving to Las Vegas. They have always done good work, always on time. Very nice plumbing technicians and office staff. They have completed many jobs for us... new toilets, new dishwasher, water softener system, flush hot water heater. We have been very happy with the quality of work that they have done for us.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Miguel Licea from American Brothers Plumbing. Despite charging me $450.50, the company failed to complete the work as promised and did not even mark the location of the mainline on the ground. I have requested a full refund for the services that were not provided. This is not the level of professionalism and reliability that I expect from a company, and I do not recommend American Brothers Plumbing to anyone. Edit: I asked you if you were going to make the location and you said you “forgot your marker” and that you were going to send me a picture, which you never did. I ended up hiring Larry Cruz from Plumbing Pros who is licensed with the state of Nevada and did EXCELLENT WORK. I highly recommend Larry Cruz. I do NOT recommend Miguel Licea from American Bros Plumbing who quoted me $27000 for a job done by Larry for $9000.

Our main line needed to be cleared and after calling company after company and waiting for hours for one to show up that was going to charge an arm and a leg. We found American Brothers Pluming the lady we spoke to was very nice and understanding. She got a one of their guys out asap it was about 3pm when we called and she said Matthew will be there between 4-6 pm. Matthew for there before 4pm and very professional and personable!
