Some of the salesman especially the ones I encountered were very hard-headed when it came to them wanting to leave when told. I literally had to kick them out of my house after 10 minutes of speaking to them to please leave they came try to convince me about my windows needing replacement I asked him can you give me a price they went to the car stood in the car about 20 minutes there was two gentlemen they both came in different cars and got in one to make the quote once he came to my door I asked him let's cut the Chase and give me the price then he just started asking me how did I feel about the weather about my personal items in the house and what he thinks should be done and what that's when I told them just to go ahead and leave all I wanted was surprised to get the job done not a whole speech on how the company was started and the family that owns it I then commands to tell them to leave again and I had to record them and let them know I needed them off my property here's the vid

Just had a product demo from Jon and he did an amazing job of explaining the products and how they can improve the efficiency of our home. He was able to point out the flaws in our current windows so we could see for ourselves the issues. He was able to provide of with several options that we will be able to consider in looking for new windows. He did an great job, very knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. We only started looking and this was our first presentation of options so we are still considering the DeBella purchase.

Fred came out multiple times to assist with the paperwork and to help us get qualified so we could have exactly what we wanted. We immediately felt the difference in the temperature of the house from these amazing energy efficient windows.
