A few weeks ago I came home to my water heater leaking with a huge puddle of water around it. As a homeowner, full time working parent, I was already dreading having to find someone trustworthy and reliable to fix this asap. I had heard of Hips Plumbing previously so I googled them and a then a few others but I went with my instinct and called them hoping they would answer because it was already late in the day. Jose answered the phone and provided great customer service at that time, scheduling me for the next morning. By the way, super easy and convenient being able to enter all my info over the phone. Tyler and Cody got to my residence bright and early, checked out the issue and Tyler explained my options without making me feel any kind of pressure. We recently used Hips Plumbing for a sink/shower replacement, as well as had them install some new faucets and we are very happy with their work. They have always been on time and very respectful. They have payed attention to all the little details and always cleaned up after the jobs were finished! Very professional techs and customer service has been great! My water tank broke today (Feb 3, 2022) around 3:45pm. I called Hip's Plumbing after searching for a quick, reliable, and professional company. They were prompt and were able to get someone out to me around 5:30pm. They were able to install a brand new electric water heater. Upon rehooking up the main water line, we noticed a crack in my washing machine hot water cable as it was situated next to the new water heater. Tyler, Cory, and Jose were able to fix that problem real quick as well. I couldn't be more happier with Hip's Plumbing service. Hip's Plumbing Service will be my "go-to" plumbing service from now on.
