Copper pipe under my kitchen sink started to leak last night and was able to shut off the water until the morning when I called Hips Plumbing. The reviews were great so I called hoping that I could get someone out in the morning even though it was a holiday. They answered, sent me a text with a form to fill out, and within 20min I had a great Hips Plumber "Jeff" that came out and fixed my problem. A few weeks ago I came home to my water heater leaking with a huge puddle of water around it. As a homeowner, full time working parent, I was already dreading having to find someone trustworthy and reliable to fix this asap. I had heard of Hips Plumbing previously so I googled them and a then a few others but I went with my instinct and called them hoping they would answer because it was already late in the day. Jose answered the phone and provided great customer service at that time, scheduling me for the next morning. By the way, super easy and convenient being able to enter all my info over the phone. Tyler and Cody got to my residence bright and early, checked out the issue and Tyler explained my options without making me feel any kind of pressure. Would def use HIPS Plumbing again. They installed a toilet for us, and we couldn’t be happier. Fast response, quick diagnosis, tech was very upfront about what to expect, and very knowledgeable.
