I had ICE scheduled to do regular maintenance on my tankless water heater in the barber shop.Sam was the tech and was awesome. He communicated exactly what he was gonna do before starting and how it would impact us. While waiting for the system cleaning to run, he found an issue with my dryer vent and knocked that out. Sam is a first class professional and definitely stood out from other companies I’ve used in the past. Great Job!
