Infinity Heating and Cooling

I contacted Infinity after receiving a message on my iPhone from my Nest system indicating a valve related problem on my furnace. They scheduled my appointment for the next day, the technician was prompt, courteous, thorough and neat. He had the part replacement with him ( not something you see much anymore) and he tested the system with me to insure that the problem was solved to my satisfaction. The price was fair and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve used other HVAC companies, including Gettle and Sierra but sometimes the big guys get too big for their own good and lose sight of customer service for residential customers. Jorge was terrific. He listened to my concerns and observations about my heating and pilot light. He investigated and identified the issue. He discussed the matter with his supervisor and remedied the underlying cause- thus I have a functioning pilot light and heat!!!

Infinity heating and air conditioning, repaired our A/C in a very short period of time. The Tech named Jorge was very neat and professional and did a great job for us. I would recommend Infinity A/C to my friends and relatives as a go to company that does the job right the first time at a reasonable price at the same time.
