Nick arrived on time and identified the issue very quickly, he provided good feedback ,and tips for my a/c unit and the thermostat. Including possible options in case I have repeat issues. In addition, scheduling the appointment was very easy. Quality service all around.

I made an appointment to have a part installed that another company recommended, but decided to have Mr. Cool install the part because it was 3 times less expensive than the other company had quoted. Josh, the owner, came out and took a look at the AC first before installing the part. It turns out that we didn’t even need to have the part installed. Josh was super knowledgeable and transparent. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. He could’ve just installed it and not said a word and I wouldn’t have even known we didn’t actually need it.
